The One Bite Omakase concept revolves around a dining experience where each meticulously crafted piece is designed to be enjoyed in a single, unforgettable bite. We are “ONE BITE” focuses on presenting a sequence of expertly prepared bites, each showcasing unique flavors and textures, curated by our skilled chefs.


Chef JOHNNY, a seasoned culinary professional, hails from Indonesia,

where he was immersed in the culinary world from an early age through his mother's influence. With over two decades of experience in the industry, he has honed his expertise, specializing in sushi for 15 years and showcasing his culinary skills across various cuisines, including French, Italian, and Spanish tapas. He further expanded his repertoire by mastering desserts under the guidance of Chef Yoshie at Patisserie FOUET. In 2009, Chef MASA personally entrusted him to assist in the opening of Bar MASA in Las Vegas, where he also mentored local recruits. Throughout his illustrious career, spanning the last 15 years, he has made significant contributions to esteemed establishments such as MASA, HIROHISA, and Daniel.


Chef JASON has immersed

himself in the sushi industry since 2010, fueled by a deep

passion for Japanese cuisine and Omakase.

His enthusiasm for culinary art has remained unwavering

over the years. Chef Jason boasts experience at renowned

establishments including Blue Ribbon, Bonito, and Shinzo.
